Back to Work...

So I started back to work this week. It has been fun being around the people I work with because they are super cool and fun, but man is it hard being away from Preston...oh and Shad:). Grandma Kristi and daddy have had such a great week hanging out with Preston. Sometimes I sit at work and wish I could be home playing and relaxing, however I am so glad that Preston doesn't have to go to daycare. Not that daycare is bad, it's just really nice to know he is getting such amazing special time with people who care about him so much:) Anyways this is more of a thank you post to my AMAZING husband and my AWESOME in laws. I don't know what I would do without the Roundy's in my life:) I love you all so very much!!!!!!!!!!

Seafair 2009

We went to the airshow last weekend at Seafair and saw the blue angels...
Shad and Preston went down and played in some dirt while we waited for it to start (we got there almost 2 hours early to get a good spot). The other picture is of all the people going onto the I-90 bridge which was closed during the airshow.




Preston started to get tired so he was pretty clingy then he wanted to sit in his seat....

Even the blue angels buzzing overhead couldn't keep our boy from falling asleep:)

Anacortes

We went to Anacortes and found a really cool beach with some tide pools....

Loganberry Festival and Deception pass

We drove down highway 525 and found the Loganberry festival which seemed to be a little more for the older crowd (like 50 and older)... but we stopped and walked around anyway.










Then we went to Deception Park where we tried to get Preston in the water but he decided to just play in the sand
Then on to Deception Pass (kinda scary).

Whidbey and Anacortes

This past weekend Shad, Preston, and I decided to make the trip up to Whidbey Island! Our trip Started with a fun Ferry ride from Mulkiteo to Whidbey:)


Before we got on the ferry I saw a jellyfish in the water... it's the orangish colored thing right in the middle:)

So Preston and I were fortunate enough to be back in Colorado at the same time that Uncle Bubba got home from his mission. Preston spent a little bit of time with Preston :) and he even learned a little bit of Spanish!
